SUBJECT: SPECIAL NOTICE - CAPABILITY BRIEFINGS BY DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE
  AGENCY/MISSILE AND SPACE INTELLIGENCE CENTER (MSIC)

DESC: The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)/Missile and Space
  Intelligence Center (MSIC) will no longer entertain Capability
  Briefings effective 2 May 1997. Due to the comlexity and resources
  involved in preparation to complete several contracts, this
  prohibition will last indefinitely. POC is Mr. Gary Markham,
